Johan not completing kingsmarch quest

As title says Johan is not completing my kingsmarch quest, I see him near the waypoint, doesnt have a quest icon on his head, when I talk to him nothing happens and I cant go to kingsmarch because I havent unlocked the waypoint there. Already in yellow maps and still not able to access it. Please help!

Happened to me, try to stand there for like 5 mins, eventually he lit up his quest mark and let me to go to kingsmarch.

Can confirm.
Sat next to Johan for 5+ minutes. Then used portal, to go to hideout and went back to Karui Shores and Johan had the quest mark over his head to take me to Kingmarch. |

Ditto for me on the Steam client. I fixed it by using the stand-alone client. I clicked on Johan, walked away, and then clicked on him again. Then he offered the quest and option to travel to KM.
