Constant latency issue

English is not my first lenguage, sorry if i don´t express myself correctly

I´ve been having constant ~150ms since league start and in the past leagues i didn´t have this much ping.
My friends are in the same region and have much better ping(~40ms).

This are not spikes, in the login menu when i select the server it says ~150ms

I know it depends but i have a 300gb download speed.

I´ve tride everything, changing dns to google and it is the same
i am conecting to sao pablo server.
