Unending crash to desktop both games. Exception code: 0xc0000005

Hello, this error has been my true nemesis this entire league, no matter what I throw at it, this demon code returns.

Occasionally the game will run fine for an hour, other times a mere minute or two. Running maps, pinnacle bosses, incursion, during blight, just about everywhere, even town. In POE2 I got the same crash.

Here are my specs:
MAG-B760-TOMAHAWK-WIFI (MS-7D96) updated bios earlier this month
i74700K, yes this is the worst CPU ever made, requires an underclock to be stable, ridiculous.
4070Ti, current drivers are up to date.
Corsair ram, and keyboard, mouse is logitech.

What I have tried
Removing Gamebar
Removing Discord
Removing every other game/app that I could, all that remains is Edge, Steam and POE.
Nothing is recording gameplay or applying an overlay
I have several pages of this error in the event viewer over the course of the last week, always the same error code, which according to experts "could be anything, good luck."

If anyone has insight I would really like to hear about possible solutions, this is not happening to people on my friends list, seems isolated to 4070's or possibly the CPU.

Note: I am using the ring skin that allows me to exorcise demons, although this demon code seems to have my number. :)
