Help and Information - Lost a Divine after DC :-( - Forum

Hi, I was playing on my monk in a group when I was DCed. When I came back, a Divine that we had just dropped was not there anymore and I was on the previous map where we played instead of the current map where the whole party was. They were not disconnected, I was the only one. Please review your logs, validate what I am saying, and give it back to me. Thank you. Unfortunately, GGG never restores in-game items any time for any reason. I find it difficult to justify optional purchases to support a Tencent-owned development studio that declines to provide customers Technical Support, regardless of how many thousands of euros that customer has spent... Hey there, unfortunately, we aren't able to track the location of in-game items or restore them if they're lost or destroyed. This includes items lost due to instances such as lag or disconnects. I understand how frustrating this can be, and apologise for any inconveniences this may cause. Need help with something?
