Character stuck loading ps5 over 1 hour

My character NO_COUNTRY has been stuck loading into the matlan waterways for over an hour. I’ve tried closing the game for over 15 minutes and trying again, and the instance won’t close. I’ve tried switching chars multiple times and while I can play other chars, my main char can’t load in and I can’t access all of that loot now.
