am not the owner of my instance?

i just got booted from the map to the login screen because game said that i am not the owner of the instance. After 10th attempt to login, it was succesfull login, but i saw character in error league that i never created. What happened, who is at fault here?
time of the problem is 10minutes +- prior to this post.
