Game crashes consistently in 2 scenarios

SOLVED

My game crashes every single time in two scenarios:
-Heist Demolition job: As soon as the bomb detonates
-Harvest: When the monster "Primal Viper" spawn.

It looks related because both crashes behave the same way, freeze for a couple seconds when the visual effects start, then crash.

SOLVED:
Running packcheck.exe in the installation directory solved it.
