FPS drops and shaders not loading

This game is impossible to play at the moment. I am constantly getting FPS drops, server disconnetting and shaders not loading up. My specs are Ryzen 5600, 3060 12gb gpu, 32gb ram 3200mhz running at the lowest video setting possible but run it at 1440p because I have 2k monitor. Even render resolution is at the low setting. I have around 130-150fps with lots of mobs on the screen I get down to 70-90fps depends on the map. When fps drops to 1 fps, I get disconnected. Shaders usually don't load for me, but this didn't happen on other leagues. This league is just worse for gameplay value. My game constantly crashes when I try to beat Memory boss. I don't know what else to do. Thanks.
