constant crashes in mercenaries servers (losing valueable items)

This is regarding several crashes happening due to which recently acquired items vanish i am not worried about cheap currency but i have have lost items more than once
e.g.
1. tabula rasa from defeating mercenary
2. unique amulet from mercenary
3. unique belt from mercenary

so, my overall experience is going towards not good as of this happening so frequently and losing items after killing those not so easy mercs is a problem.
please look into it and provide solution to this as i want to enjoy the league and do not want to quit league because of this happening over and over.
