Constant EU Server Crashes and Lost Progress – Unplayable
I'm honestly at the end of my patience.
EU servers are crashing daily, especially after 3 PM. It's been going on for days, and it's completely unplayable during the afternoon and evening hours. According to reports and what people are saying on Discord and Reddit, it’s likely caused by ongoing DDoS attacks. Whatever the reason – it's not being handled well. I've gone through all the FAQ suggestions. I've done everything listed in the “How to Fix It” emails. None of it solves the issue. I still get constant disconnects and lag spikes. I've lost countless scarabs, maps, and loot due to these crashes. It’s just not worth playing anymore if your time investment gets wiped out every other map. What makes it worse is the support response. I contacted them and only got this reply: "Thank you for the message and I am sorry to hear about this issue. Unfortunately we are not currently offering email Technical Support, due to limited staff resources. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause." So... we're supposed to just deal with this? How is that acceptable? At this point, the game is literally unplayable in the afternoons for EU players. If there is no resolution or even proper communication soon, I'm done with the game.
