Network spike (1-4k ms and up) followed by DC and map loss

logged into the frankfurt server at seemingly random times (order of a few minutes from start of map) the game freezes, as network latency spikes (from 60-70ms to 1-4/5k ms) following a disconnect and a loss of progress and active map.
This bug is untenable. Gameplay is impossible.

Did anyone else experience such bugs?
