Horrible performance issues

I usually run the game at 30-60 FPS on lowest settings possible, but all of a sudden I started running it at 10 FPS max, I tested in other games and I only have issues in PoE.


My specs: GTX 760 GPU, Ryzen 5 2400G CPU, 16GB RAM

My render resolution is at 56%, rednering on Vulkan, all settings to the lowest possible, I have dynamic resolution and engine multithreading on.
