Controller targeting on PC has problems.

This patch did something weird to controller targeting. Any ability that would be a point and click on mouse is incredibly unresponsive. Travel skills have gotten worse and just won't work/are getting you stuck way more often.

Blast rain of Trarthus has nonsense targeting. It just max ranges way past enemies a lot of the time. Edit: I fixed blast rain (alt usage was turned on)

Oh and the interact button is weird. I know if you put a skill to A it gets awkward but even when unbound interacting takes multiple inputs sometimes.
