Option to disable Pausing - It's causing crashes on lag detection.

Is there a way to get an option in the settings to disable pausing the game on full screen or lag detection? I've noticed that the crashes are being caused by the lag detection and it trying to automatically pausing the game. I enjoy being able to pause, but since this feature is causing crashes it would be nice to disable it until it is working properly.

If not, then maybe the option to disable pause if lag is detected. This is the main issue and if it was disabled it would help greatly and the game would instantly become more stable from my testing.

Really enjoying the patch, regardless of a crash every 30 minutes and hope it becomes more stable soon!
