Lost item and currency after server crash (trade bug)

Hi GGG team,

Today I experienced a crash/disconnect right after purchasing a pair of gloves via trade. As soon as I accepted the trade and the gloves moved to my inventory, the game froze and I was disconnected — likely due to a server issue. When I logged back in, both the gloves and the currency I used were gone.

Trade was done in a public party, not through TFT or third-party tools. The seller also confirmed the item didn’t return to them, they’re willing to verify the transaction if needed.

This happened around 13:15 (UTC+3) on June 18th, 2025 on the Mercenaries league.

Could you please look into it and help recover the item or the currency?
