Controller Can't Inspect Enemy Information (Anymore)

Hey, GGG!

When hitting the pause button (the triple line button on Xbox controllers) then pressing R3 to inspect Skills, Buff(s), and Debuff(s), the enemy health bar is no longer available to inspect. The user can inspect their own de/buffs, and their Presence (Thanks you!), but the enemy health bar, along with their buffs, debuffs, and resists isn't available to the user anymore.

I swear I used to be able to inspect it before. But, whether I could before or not, we can't now. And now you know.

At the moment you can only inspect boss bars, it needs to be added for all targeted enemies.
