Cant enter causeway in act 7

So i am in act 7, all my quests are leading to the causeway but when i try to enter it the game crash. i tried different server or reloading the instance but nothing work and this is only for causeway another locations are fine. i cant progress any further and i dont want to start another character.

Is this a bug or am i missing something?

When the crash occurs do you get an error message, or the client just quietly closing?

Is this on Xbox, PlayStation, the Steam client, the standalone client or the Epic Games Store client?

I am playing on steam and there is no error message, the game just closes. I noticed that my fps drops when in the loading screen.

hey, if you are still having this problem you can try this solution which worked for me:
Go to your game's installation location (mine's under C:\Program Files (x86)\Grinding Gear Games\Path of Exile)
Then run "PackCheck.exe", my crashes were due to some graphics files/assets or something getting corrupted and this tool was able to fix them. I think with Steam client there's also some way to validate the game files but I don't use Steam

So i tried verifying the integrity of the files through steam and it repaired 2 files and its fixed. Thanks for help.
