Same consumable outcome after disconnect/rollback

I noticed something weird during one of these disconnects/rollbacks in the EU servers

I was using singular atlas reports, and rolled through 3 sets of kirac missions. I opened a unique map mission after the 3rd report and a disconnect/rollback happened

When I logged back in, I had the 3 atlas reports so I went and used them again, and I rolled the exact same set of missions, ending with the same uniques that I had the first time

So I was wondering if that might relate to the DDoS attacks. If something like this could happen in one of the crafting systems, the DDoS could be abused for a "free" Hinekora's Lock kind of effect
