Frequent Crashing - Intel 13th/14th Gen CPU - Fix

See quite a few people are having lots of crashes lately. If you have an intel 13th/14th gen CPU. Check your BIOS there is a good chance the Long Duration Power Limit(w) and Short Duration Power Limit(w) are set to "Auto" which will overload your CPU with power causing CPU instability (crashes).

Auto on most modern motherboards is capped at 4k watts. Those CPUs can only handle 253w of power. Manually set those values to 253 and crashes will stop.

I was crashing constantly, made those 2 changes and haven't crashed since (I am actually able to have both POE and POE2 open at the same time without crashing now.
