Is the support really busy ?

Support didn't contact me back for a whole week, however a friend of mine contacted them two days ago and received a reply today. Is there some kind of randomness in the suppport queue ?

Depends what you need help with. Reported turn around times are as low as a day for basic issues that junior support can handle by clicking on an admin page; but have been weeks to over a month between messages for complex things that need to be handled by senior staff; the latter is especially awful for things related to account ownership which need a number of exchanges to resolve.
Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, weighing all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful? |
