Crash after equip MTX celestial brand

Heyo GGG. I post here link to folder on google drive with video about MTX Celestial Brand. First time when i have crash game with this i get when i try join to my friend hideout and got instant crash ( drivers/shaders going to max), then we try fix what happanes. I remove all gear and mtx and got this same. So i figure it's my friend problem. He drop staff EQ and MTX and we try step by step what's goin on. Then we hit on this brand MTX. I do also repair files and reinstall game with full delete all files from game and this problem again raise. So mabey with my in game profile is something wrong or mabey more ppl have this same problem. Thx for help :)
