How to find old announcement forum posts?
How can I find old announcement forum posts? Currently it looks like you can only go back 50 pages in the announcement forum, which is Aug 2020. I'm looking for older posts, say from 2017 (around the release of 3.0). How can I get back to this time period and scroll through the posts?
The search function doesn't help because it only lets you search by text, not by date range. Last edited by PrometheusBd#4130 on Jun 17, 2025, 4:04:07 PM Last bumped on Jun 17, 2025, 4:01:07 PM

Hi there,
You should be able to see these posts by sorting Creation Time by Ascending rather than Descending. | |
" Thanks for the reply. This gets the oldest posts but has the same problem of only allowing 50 pages. Sorting by Descending gives the most recent 50 pages and by Ascending the oldest 50 pages, but there's a few years of posts in between that are not available. Is there a way to access those? |

If you don't mind me asking - is the goal to have an accessible list of all threads residing in the Announcements forum section, or are you seeking to track down one thread in particular?
Just asking as I'd make different recommendations based on the goal you have in mind. I find it difficult to justify optional purchases to support a Tencent-owned development studio that declines to provide customers Technical Support, regardless of how many thousands of euros that customer has spent...

" Both really. It started with me looking for one specific post. I couldn't find it by searching for words, but I knew the approximate date and was surprised to find that I couldn't scroll through the list of posts made around that date. There are definitely times when I'd like to be able to find a specific post, so I'd like to be able to look through all of them when needed. |
