Incarnation of Dread stuck forever

Problem #1: Siege ballista totems block his path, getting him stuck.

Problem #2: In final phase, unable to deliver red or blue roses to him.


I tried it 4x and 4x I was unable to deliver the roses in the final phase. Perhaps because I die while having collected roses, no idea. This seems to be the cause.
