Does snipers mark work with Maligaro's Virtuosity

Does snipers mark work with Maligaro's Virtuosity, Fine Bracers or does not give the extra dmg i cant find it anywhere and it makes sense if it doesn't work, or is that crit dmg of snipers mark calculated after hitting?

It obviously doesnt work. If something sets stat to certain value, its set to that value. CI sets your life to 1 and nothing changes that, its set.

Works great with snake pit ring and frost bolts. Taking nodes that give crit chance and reduce crit damage, pinpoint critical gem has no drawback, etc.
