The approach to resolve connection loss issues in the future?

Today, I lost 2 Inscribed Ultimatums, worth about 2 Divine Orbs each, due to a disconnect caused by the instability of the realm (I got this information from chatting with several people in the same realm who experienced the same disconnect) (singapore and Japan)

Will the GGG team have a solution for this issue in the future, such as pausing the game when the connection is unstable, similar to PoE2? And once the connection is restored, players can continue the game without losing portals or maps.
