Account is frozen in Oasis

Hi, my account is frozen at the loading screen for T15 Oasis. Went to load in and got frozen. Please Admin teleport me to Ziggurat! It's on my account Webolas (Deadeye) which is part of my Xbox account - Wxbber. Teleporting me to Ziggurat in the past has fixed the problem so if an Admin can do so again that would help fix the problem. Thank you!
