Maven spawned Ersi, Ersi did the vine wall attack and the barrier stayed after it has disappeared

Yep, it is a Bug with Ersi, Mother of Thorns, when she is summoned during Maven's Nebula phase. Killing Ersi does not remove the walls that were spawned.
