Graphical Error - Vaal Subzone / Breach Paritcals + Pausing

When in a vaal zone, near a breach (likely legion as well) and during the act 2 quest after the darkness is released, there are aerial phantasms of black and/or purple. When the game is paused, the game seems to still attempt to spawn these, when the game is unpaused, it creates a flood of these effects at once, enough to moderately obscure vision (and after, clears the screen of them for 2-5 seconds). The amount of added effects appears to be roughly related to the duration the game was paused.
