Izaro froze in place, no animations for attacks or casts

In merc lab, 1st Izaro fight, killed the 3 lieutenants. Almost as soon as I killed the 3rd lieutenant, Izaro froze and stopped moving. At first, I thought he bugged out and wasn't doing anything, but then he started attacking and casting with no animations. It did not look like a t-pose, but... idk. When I phased him, he teleported back to the elevator-thingy, again without an animation. Then the elevator opened up, and he stayed on top as it went down. Then he disappeared. All without moving from the time he froze.
