Drop massive frames while playing

Hi all , I will try to explain what i think matters with why im getting fps drop so often and maybe someone can help out :) . Ive got a 4070super gpu, i7 10700k 3.8 cpu, 32gb ram, 850power supply, 240hz monitor . I have two monitors up while playing, the one I play on is 240 the other one is 144. I will be cruisin around 180fps to randomly dropping to 50 sometimes even 30's when maps are decent density. What is causing this bottlenecking ? No way this is normal. If I missed any other crucial information let me know and I will provide it, thanks for reading ! Its to the point where I would rather just quit than play through it , thats why I came here in hope to get some advice.
