regional price not appearing in the game and cant use steam wallet

well is kinda a bug
so till 2 leagues ago i could use the site in the english version and the price appearing was the regional so something changed and you now need change the site for portuguese to see in the brazilian currency
when you pay using steam wallet you need open the game with overlay and appear a new window but this window is showing USD price if you use the steam conversion you need pay 3x more so how can i pay using steam wallet in the regional price?
