Infernal Legion supports on Forbidden Shako and Formless Inferno not applying their damage

When applying Summon Skeletons to a 4 link infernal legion supported setup in my glove slot, tooltip reads they do 2k base damage as an AoE.

When I put Summon Skeletons into either a Forbidden Shako or Formless Inferno that inherently has a high level Infernal Legion support, it applies the negative debuff to the minions, but they don't do any AoE damage at all. Tooltip goes up to 6k/8k respectively when I socket it into the helmet but they don't deal the damage. Video and PoB link are included in reddit post.
