The Fallen Emperor Spectre from the Fallen Reverend Mercenary fails to follow the Mercenary

When the player invites the Fallen Reverend Mercenary with the "Reinforce: Fallen Emperor" skill to a map, it is observed that the Fallen Emperor Spectre fails to follow or teleport to the Player or Mercenary.
Steps to Reproduce: 1. Invite a Fallen Reverend with the "Reinforce: Fallen Emperor" skill to a map. 2. Wait for the Mercenary to spawn the Fallen Emperor. 3. Navigate far away from the Fallen Emperor. 4. Observe the issue Result: The Fallen Emperor fails to follow the Mercenary. This is the case for all the "Reinforce" skills of that merc archetype.
Sitting in HO spamming alts for 4 hours straight is peak PoE gameplay. Thanks, Chris.
