Opinions on loot drops

How about removing the rarity modifier? Loot drops are easily determined by difficulty, e.g. the more difficult the waystone suffix, the better the loot drops.
Just a sudden thought, ignore if it's not appropriate.XD

Rarity is fine. T18 maps are rare, because waystone has to be corrupted to T16, map has to be irradiated or have a boss (with Organized Forces node allocated) and on top of that map has to have +1 to level mod. Give corruption the ability to give +1 to monster level and it will all be fine again. Simple. Now the only way to potentially get good loot is max difficulty logbook (easiest to do in bulk, because they drop a lot), breachstone, simulacrum or waste towers for 4 (wtf only 4) boss tablets maps. Meh.. Logbooks are the way to get ton of potentially good loot fast for me on HC SSF. Everything else is not as common as logbooks. Something else has to change there to balance it out. GL HF SS

I just want rare-find relegated to waystones and towers. I'm tired of having to gear around rare-find and sacrifice actual stats in order to get half-ass decent drops.

Use rarity on waystones for boss maps and you will be fine. No need to "wear" more than 20-30 rarity on gear, if at all. The diminishing returns make it pointless.
