List Eligible Atlas Skill Point Rewards on selected Atlas nodes

I just beat Monster Level 82 against Bloodwood boss and didn't get my T82 Map Boss Atlas points. The T16 Waystone I used had 0 revives, I had no deaths during the map. I have +3 boss difficulty allocated. No idea why the map boss would not drop the boss skill points.

My suggestion here is show what atlas skill points are available for a selected node and if the criteria is met or not. This is not the first time I haven't been awarded atlas skill points when the criteria should have been met, so it just causes needless confusion on my end.

There also seems to be a bug in the Atlas UI where the monster level isn't properly displayed. I think it showed me it was monster level 80, when it was monster level 82 (T16 + Irradiation + Cleansed +1 to Monster Level). In the map it shows me level 82.
