Server Instability Across Multiple Regions

I'm getting pretty significant lag spikes and disconnects across Washington, DC and Canada (east). I ran packcheck.exe, and although it was fine when I downloaded the patch on friday, it currently shows that content.ggpk is corrupted and needs to be deleted. I renamed it to content.ggpk.old and am downloading a fresh copy now, which appears to be 2GB less than my current file size.

I've been pinging google in the background, with a consistent 11-15ms, so I know it's not a network issue on my end.

Is there a server update/rollout that's not going well?

I've tried every server and they all seem to be having the same issues today. This extreme lag, crashes & disconnects started today for me. This is outside the norm of course. I think something is broken on there end or they are doing some weird maintenance that is causing issues.

I'm frustrated with the entire thing I have lost 5 maps, and 3 breachstones trying to play on these broken servers.

I have paid well over a grand in MTX and you guys can't even keep a working game.
