Not receving unlock code

Hello,
Like some of the posts on the frontpage of "Help and Information" I have to type in an Unlock Code every day when logging on. But tonight I got dc'ed and had to type the code, only this time, I didn't receive any code and I have sent an email, I have tried to "resend email", etc. No code is being received and I thus can't login. Thats cool Cameron, but nevertheless I don't think its a bad idea to raise awareness that this isn't a one-off.
Also, some people are saying they've had to wait weeks for a reply from support. This is a new issue, not something I've done, but weeks? :) |

I have the same issue. I need the unlock code because I changed location (I'm testing different VPN servers to avoid some routing issues), but the email is not arriving...

Same issue here, Ihave reinstallled poe via steam, and I can play this way without unlocking my account 👌
