Trolls/Bots CRASHING the game?!

I see the same costumed characters running back and forth in the Act home area.
Are these people crashing the server (purposely)!?
YES = +75% based on my experience.

Possible solutions:

No costumed characters in home areas.

Separate Servers for serious players (w/o costumes) with less crashes.

Punish the trolls/bots.

p.s. Fix the crashes occurring next to MERCENARIES.

I don't deny that there aren't bots, but that MTX take is extremely bad.
