Server rollback

It's interesting how i go into a map, i level up, loot items and then server crashes. When i come back i lost my level, lost all loot i picked up, but my map and scarabs are gone forever.

Yea, i keep seeing 'rollback' used, but the fact is, this aint no standard rollback when it actually keeps taking things from people.
