Not Receiving Unlocking Code in Mail

Good afternoon,

i'm having problem logging into the client: the mail with the unlocking code is not being sent to my e-mail.

the mail from support is not on blacklist, and i've already verified and i'm receiving every other e-mail.

Someone has a fix for this?
