Higher ping than usual

Hi.

Post 3.26 launch I've come to realise my ping is higher than usual.

I play on Amsterdam(EU) which is 23ms for me usually(I've tried other servers as well with low ms, same problem) - my ping is around 20ms in every single game.

However, now in PoE it's stable at 105-110ms.

I've ran this WinMTR scan, which I hope some of you can help me understand, cause I don't lol.
