"Blast Rain of Trathus" Mechanics

1. Does Blast Rain of Trathus wave need accuracy? I noticed it didn't consistently apply the DoT until I got Resolute Technique. I figured it would behave more like Explosive Arrow explosion and not require accuracy.


2. If turned into a totem, can an enemy have multiple of the fire debuffs on them at the same time? On the poe wiki, for scorching ray it states that when made a totem every totem can apply it's own debuff, is that same for this skill?

Maybe this is what you experience? The fiery wave doesn't hit to my knowledge, so it should apply the dubuff similarly to Toxic Rain (no accuracy check). The initial impact requires accuracy, and it also applies the dubuff.

No, Scorching Ray is a rare exception.

I thought it might be a collision issue at first too but ever since I specced RT, I have never encountered the issue again.
