Hello i always get the message i wrote on title.
I've contacted support and they asked me for every single information and i delivered everything. It's been 2-3 days now that they don't answer back to emails and i don't know what else to do. I've created a new account so i can write in forum about this bug and the support i get. After i delivered everything they said they will forward it to the relevant team and it's been 3 days without any answer and i send 6 emails so far after their last reply. I need someone that can help. |
