Please add item gamble & respec to Cadiro

Now that gold Gambling & Respecing have been finalized to the game, please add this functionality to Cadiro, the premium vendor of choice for those that obtained him from supporter pack. The gambling seems especially on point considering who he is / background. Maybe a few snarky comments thrown our way when using him to gamble too.
