Please fix youre servers so i wont loose any more valuable items

The last thing i got to see before i got booted out of the game 5 portals missing

could have changed a lot this league but all i got was a
"We cant help you ¯\_(ツ)_/¯"

so please fix it so it wont happen in the first place thank you
