The Hammer of Faith Giant Maul, how it works?

The ''new'' The Hammer of Faith Giant Maul doesn't cycle the Tempest/Meteoric/Gloom/Freezing shrines, it only give the buffs for the rest of shrine buffs (acceleration, divine, seeking, massive, replenishing, enlightening, resistance and diamond) since the new patch.

It is normal?

I say this is the good way. Finally a little speed for the warrior.
Tempest/Meteoric/Gloom/Freezing shrines effects are clutter and distraction for me.
I would love to see more damage effect on this weapon.
