Trouble to Log In

Hello , I always had the " new location " and " enter code " pop up because of my box for internet and never had issue entering it everyday. But today i received nothing , the support answered me in 3 minutes by mail to send me a New one that I didn't received.
Now I'm stuck and I just want the support to disable the double check for account security. Can I do it myself ? Last bumped on Jun 16, 2025, 3:13:17 PM

Hello no problem , but you didn't answer , can i do it myself somewhere i didn't looked already ? because I asked 6 hours ago and still can't log in for something than just need to be turned off.
