Why is there still ZERO information on the server issues?

How is this possible? The game is absolutely fucked and impossible to play for 80% of the day. How is this not addressed by GGG? I really don't get it.

Do they think it's not an issue? EVERYONE is having these problems, just watch streams, every chat is full of complains about "DC", "kicked again", "servers died" and so on.

Because you still play, so why care.
