craft recipes Trigger a Socketed Spell.

There is no crafting recipe (Trigger a Socketed Spell when you Use a Skill, with a 8 second Cooldown. Spells Triggered this way have 150% more Cost) in the game. It is neither listed on the machine nor in the location where it should be. I also asked my friends to check and everyone does not have this recipe. I can't craft a weapon for myself because of this bug.

It's not a bug, you didn't look carefully in the refinery. There is a hidden underground cave, you have to look for a blueish grid that leads you to the recipe.

All recipes are always near the bosses at the end of the location, but this one is missing. There are no hidden caves in the location - is this some kind of trolling?

It is an unmarked grate in the Refinery area in the campaign, exactly as Cranos said. It still exists. Got it a couple hours ago.

Yeah, I think it took me half a dozen characters that got this high in the campaign before I randomly stumbled on this area ?

(Was it one only added recently (like the Archives' Vault ?) ?)
