lag/bug

since the new update from the game,im having problems,i can see my stash my items but cannot see the maps or my charractor. i deleted the client for poe and took me 2 hours to download a new client,sound id good just no images of the game,ill send a screen shot at my email adresse .
ive checked in menu opptions everything and nothing worked. its not my computer because i play another game and there is no problöem,its ever since the atals download i cannot plays the game.

please can you tell me why i can see my pack/stash but nothing else,no hideout,its a blank screen in white. it started when i entered an atlas new quest portals,the bad thing is,when the computer game grashed,i could not remove the game with task manager,and it would not allow my computer to turn off,i had to pull the plu. this aint normal,ive written many times to them over email but they carnt help me,and sent me 3 links and finally i found this here hoping somebody can tell me whats going on?

Is it a bug,of the new download from atlas game has issues that must be corrected?
